Adrian Amosa launched Unique Concepts in 2008. The group is comprised of restaurant, entertainment and hospitality concepts channeling their passion for the very industries from which they derive the most inspiration. Their goal as partners and business owners is to continue delivering venues with high demand and high value to their patrons. Their most visible brand is Gaucho Grill Argentine Steakhouse.
It was Amosa, who was born and raised in the culinary-diverse country of Argentina, who brings a deeply rooted 20-year foundation with creative passion in the restaurant industry. In Gaucho Grill, Amosa has teamed to create a uniquely modern Argentine experience, delivering the region's finest cuisine and wine.

We take pride in providing our guests with an authentic experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for social and business lunches, entertaining dinners and fun celebrations. All of our steaks are cooked over an open fire, popularly known in Argentina as "the gaucho way."
The menu boasts bold Argentine flavor profiles including the Entrana skirt steak, Lamb and Chorizo Meatballs, Mollejas grilled sweetbread with homemade chimichurri, and the Asado Especial slow-braised short rib. All Venues offer private dining for larger parties, office lunches or celebrations.

Tequila Mandala is proud to offer bottles that are hand crafted and hand painted one bottle at a time by some of the biggest and most respected Mexican artisans.
Each one of our Tequila Mandala bottles transports us to those magical pueblos across Mexico full of unmatched gastronomy that is appreciated by the world. The process and elaboration of each bottle summarizes long hours of passion, enthusiasm and dedication inspired by the folklore and Mexican gastronomy.
Mandala bottles are artisanally elaborated in ceramic at high temperature, and decorated completely by hand with high relief and special pigments unique to Mexico.
